These are the Terms and Conditions for MySocialReport.co.uk. By enrolling and using MySocialReport.co.uk services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

You understand that by accepting these Terms and Conditions you are providing "written instructions" to MySocialReport.co.uk and its employees, agents, subsidiaries, contractors, to verify your identity and to provide the services to you. You further authorize MySocialReport.co.uk and its said agents and employees to obtain various information and reports about you (or about your child that you have enrolled, if applicable) in order to provide the services, including, but not limited to, address history reports, name and alias reports, and to provide monitoring and alerts.

1. TERMS OF USE

Notice: Your use of this service means that you have accepted these terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with these terms in their entirety, please terminate the service. These Terms and Conditions (this "Agreement" or "Terms of Use") identifies what you can expect from MySocialReport.co.uk and what MySocialReport.co.uk expects from you. These Terms and Conditions apply to your purchase of any products and/or services offered or provided by MySocialReport.co.uk and govern the relationship between MySocialReport.co.uk and you. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to modify or update these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice to you, which modifications and/or updates will be binding on you, and we may refuse to provide you the Services for any reason or no reason at all. 2. SERVICES

The MySocialReport.co.uk service is described on the website including WEB AGENT (internet surveillance), social network monitoring. You agree that you will use the services to protect against or prevent actual fraud, unauthorized transactions, claims or liabilities.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. MySocialReport.co.uk AND ITS DATA PROVIDERS MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO THE SERVICE AND DISCLAIM ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES WITH RESPECT THERETO. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, MySocialReport.co.uk AND ITS DATA PROVIDERS DO NOT GUARANTEE OR WARRANT THE ACCURACY, TIMELINESS, COMPLETENESS, CURRENTNESS, MERCHANTABILITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OF THE SERVICES AND SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR INJURY ARISING OUT OF OR CAUSED IN WHOLE OR IN PART BY USE OF THE SERVICES OR THE DATA THEREIN.

3. PRIVACY AND INFORMATION SHARING

While enrolling for the services, we will ask you for the following types of information: contact information (such as name, address, phone number, and e-mail address); sensitive information (such as date of birth, driver's license number, and National ID Number); personal information to verify your identity and financial information (such as credit card number). This information is required in order to verify your identity, charge you the agreed upon fees for our services, and to fulfill our obligation to provide our services to you, include communicating with third parties as necessary to provide such services, such as identification verification companies, payment validation companies, law enforcement agencies, or others.

Since it affects your use of the Services, please review our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. We collect, use and disclose information about you as provided in our Privacy Policy here. Our Privacy Policy is located on the Site and is incorporated into this Agreement, and you agree to accept the terms of the Privacy Policy as a condition to your acceptance of this Agreement.

4. SUBSCRIPTION FEES

Monthly Subscription Plan

The initial cost of the subscription is £36.50 and will be charged immediately in accordance with section 4.1 upon completion and submission of the application. The monthly fee of £36.50 will commence 30 days after the submission of the initial charge and will continue each month thereafter unless you cancel the subscription in line with section 5 below. The subscription fee must be paid with a valid credit card or debit card. By submitting and giving us your payment information you agree that we have continuing authority to take subscription payments from your payment card account until you or we end the Services. We may stop providing the Services without notice to you if at any time we are unable to obtain payment using the details you provided. It is your responsibility to ensure that all payment information you provide is correct, valid, and complete. We are not responsible for supplying Services if the information you submit is incorrect or incomplete. We are not responsible for any overdraft or “over the limit” charges or bank fees if your payment card account or facility contains insufficient credit or funds when we take payment for the Services.

4.1. Billing & Continuous payment

You hereby agree to buying MySocialReport.co.uk for £36.50, this comprises of 2 debit transactions, you will be charged £1 for a 5 day trial and the full fee of £36.50 thereafter which includes activation and will continue the monthly subscription at the total fixed price of £36.50 monthly on or immediately after 22nd day of the month thereafter until cancelled. We may re-verify your card on the last Friday of every calendar month with a pre-authorisation amount of £0.11 to ensure continuity. You will never be charged above the set monthly subscription price during your monthly billing cycle.

5. CANCELLATION AND REFUND OF ACCOUNT

Monthly Subscriptions

You may cancel the services within 14 days from the date that you sign up to our services and be entittled to a full refund.

You may cancel our service at any time after the 14 day cooling off period and you will continue to have access to your account for 30 days after cancellation.

Cancellation Procedures

When will I receive my refund?

If you are entitled to a refund, it will be credited within one (1) billing cycle.

In your notice of cancellation, provide and state:

That you wish to cancel the Service provided by MySocialReport.co.uk; Your full name, your MySocialReport.co.uk subscription number and your email address you are currently receiving emails. Once we have received this information we will cancel your subscription within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt of notice of termination.

6. PROPRIETARY RIGHTS

The content, organization, graphics, design, compilation, magnetic translation, digital conversion, software and other matters related to the Web Site, the Service and/or My Account are protected under applicable copyrights, trademarks and other proprietary (including, without limitation, intellectual property) rights. The copying, redistribution and/or publication by the Cardholder of any part of the Web Site, the Service and/or My Account are strictly prohibited. I do not acquire ownership rights to any content, document, software, service or other materials viewed at or through the Web site, the Service and/or Your Account. The posting of information or material at the Web site and Service by the Company does not constitute a waiver of any right in such information and/or materials.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

These provisions should be read carefully as they exclude or limit our legal liability in connection with your use of our Site. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude liability that is not permissible under applicable law, including without limitation, for death or personal injury, or for fraudulent misrepresentation. These Terms do not apply to or affect our liability to you in respect of any product or service you may obtain from us using our Site and our liability to you in respect of such product or service is governed by the relevant set of terms and conditions applicable to such product or service. Whilst we have taken reasonable steps to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the information contained in our Site we accept no responsibility for your use of or inability to use or the results of your use of our Site nor for any errors or omissions contained in our Site nor if our Site is unavailable for any time or any period. We provide the Site "as is". The use of our Site and the materials contained in it are entirely at your own risk. We shall not be responsible for any direct or indirect: financial losses (including without limitation loss of income, revenues, data, profits, contracts, use, opportunity, business or anticipated savings);

loss of goodwill or reputation; any loss or damage we could not reasonably have expected to foresee or reasonably have expected to occur, which you may suffer and which arises out of or in connection with any errors or omissions contained in our Site or your use of or access to our Site or your inability to use or the results of your use of our Site. We shall not be responsible for the accuracy, functionality or performance of any third party software that may be used in connection with our Site.

8. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or your use of our Site (including non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England. The English courts will have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute or claim arising from or related to these Terms or your use of our Site (including non-contractual disputes or claims) provided always that you may bring any proceedings in your country of residence.
